Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of DTESU (PWF) Shalamar: Oversee all administrative operations related to distribution transformer repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality repairs of distribution transformers (10KVA – 630KVA).
- Material Inspection: Verify materials used for transformer repairs meet quality standards.
- Billing & Recoveries: Monitor and ensure timely billing & payment recovery from various DISCOS.
- Improvement Strategies: Suggest innovative techniques to enhance repair processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to MD (PWF) as required.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Develop close coordination with WAPDA, DISCOS, GENCOS, and NTDC for expanding business opportunities.
- Accounts Supervision: Oversee financial transactions and accounts management at DTESU (PWF) Shalamar.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years as a Superintending Engineer/Manager (BPS-19 or Above).
- Candidates with experience in WAPDA, DISCOS, NTDC, or GENCOS will be preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 62 years (Preference for retired WAPDA employees with a strong service record).
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of PPRA rules and their application in various administrative contexts to ensure compliance and effective oversight.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Technical expertise in transformer repair and distribution management.
