Qualification, Experience, and Eligibility Criteria

Privatization Specialist

  • Master’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications like CA, CFA, CPA, or membership of international or national professional associations desirable.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, privatization, public sector reforms, or transaction advisory services.
  • Experience in privatization/transaction advisory mandates, FDI/FPI attraction in Pakistan.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, asset valuation, regulatory compliance, and economic analysis.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Pakistan’s political, economic, and regulatory landscape is critical.

Corporate Legal Advisor

  • LLB or LL.M qualification and registration as an Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan.
  • 15+ years’ experience in the public or private sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in legislative drafting, contract clearing, contract negotiation, privatization issues, litigation, and procurement.
  • Proficient in commercial (PPP privatization or G2G) transactions

Industrial Economist

  • Master’s degree or above in Economics, Public Finance, International Trade, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of work experience in economic analysis, industrial studies, or a related field, 5 years at a senior level.
  • Preferably experience with international organizations is desired.

  • Master’s degree or higher in Industrial Management or Development Economics.
  • 15+ years of proven professional experience in analyzing and developing industrial policies, conducting research on economic trends, industry performance, and market dynamics.
  • 5 years’ experience in a Senior Position (experience with international organizations preferred).
  • Strong understanding of economic principles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
