Eligibility Criteria
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic Qualification: MBBS degree from PM&DC-recognized institute or an equivalent foreign qualification recognized by PM&DC through NRE.
- House Job: 1-year house job (Certificate is mandatory).
- PM&DC Registration: Valid registration is required.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a general practitioner in a hospital (Experience certificate is mandatory).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- FCPS/MCPS (Family Medicine)/MRCGP.
- Certification or training in Emergency Medicine and Trauma Care.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and minor procedures.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (on the closing date of advertisement).
- Gender: Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Domicile: Candidates must belong to Rawalpindi/Islamabad (Proof of residence is mandatory). Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
Duty Timings & Shifts
Monday to Friday:
- Evening Shift: 1500 – 2100 hours
- Night Shift: 2100 – 0800 hours (next day)
Holidays & Weekends:
- Day Shift: 0800 – 2000 hours
- Night Shift: 2000 – 0800 hours (next day)
