1. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

Mode of Appointment: Three (03) Years on Contract (Non-Extendable)
Age Limit: 40-50 Years (Age Relaxation: As per Government Rules)

Qualification Requirements

Qualification	Experience
Ph.D. in any discipline	Eight (08) years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
MS/M.Phil (18 years of education)	Ten (10) years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
CMA/MSc (16 years of education, at least 2nd division)	Twelve (12) years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC-recognized institutions.

Instructions

1. Application Form
   • The latest prescribed Application & Bio-data Form can be downloaded from the University’s website: www.gcuf.edu.pk.
   • A demand draft of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) in favor of the Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad, must be submitted as a processing fee.
2. Required Documents
   • Duly filled application forms must be supported with:
     • Attested copies of educational testimonials.
     • Experience certificates.
     • CNIC.
     • Three (03) recent photographs.
     • Updated CV.
   • Submit all documents to the Recruitment Cell.
3. Equivalence Certificate
   • Applicants must attach an equivalence certificate (if applicable) issued by HEC or any other competent authority.
4. For Government/Semi-Government Employees
   • Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies (including GCUF employees) must:
     • Apply through the proper channel.
     • Attach NOC and service certificates issued by their controlling authority.
5. Departmental Permission
   • Candidates in service must attach a Departmental Permission Certificate with their application.
6. University Rights
   • The University reserves the right to withdraw or not fill the position without giving any reason.
7. Application Submission
   • Applications must be submitted in triplicate along with supporting documents.
8. Scrutiny Process
   • Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be contacted for interviews.
9. Deadline for Applications
