Qualification and Experience for Non-Linear Editor & Graphic Designer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in relevant areas.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Adobe Design Premium, InDesign, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and other visual design tools.
- Experience with Facebook, Twitter posts, YouTube thumbnails, badges, and logo designs.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong English and Urdu communication skills.
- Knowledge of the electoral process in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities for Fact Checker
Digital Media Monitoring
- Monitor major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Track emerging narratives, trends, and misinformation related to ECP.
- Develop real-time tracking mechanisms for viral content.
Fact-Checking and Verification
- Verify claims, statements, and narratives on digital platforms.
- Cross-reference information with official sources, electoral data, and authenticated records.
- Prepare detailed fact-checking reports with evidence and source citations.
- Develop rapid response protocols for addressing electoral misinformation.
Reporting and Communication
- Produce daily and weekly reports on digital media trends.
- Prepare immediate alerts for critical misinformation.
- Collaborate with spokespersons to develop strategic rebuttals.
- Maintain a centralized database of verified and disputed claims.
